This Privacy Policy explains how Property Scanner (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by 711 Web Services, collects, uses and protects information when you use propertyscanner.ae and our related services (the “Service”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service, and we do not sell your personal data or use advertising trackers.
1. Who we are
Property Scanner is an independent Dubai property “deal-grader” that benchmarks listings against registered Dubai Land Department (DLD) sales and Ejari rental data. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@711web.com.
2. Information we collect
- Listing screenshots you upload. We process the image only to read the listing details (price, size, location, beds) and produce your verdict. We do not need or ask for who you are to run a scan, and we do not publish your original screenshot.
- Verdict cards. The shareable result card contains only the extracted, non-personal listing facts and our verdict — never your identity.
- Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and sign-in state. We authenticate with one-time codes and a session cookie.
- Property tracking. If you track a property or area, we store your selections so we can send the alerts and digests you asked for.
- Payments. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Contact form. If you message us, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply.
- Technical data. We log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the Service secure and to limit abuse.
3. How we use your information
- To generate property verdicts and the reports, cards and alerts you request.
- To create and secure your account and remember you while signed in.
- To send the email and WhatsApp alerts you have opted into, and to let you manage or stop them.
- To process Pro payments and provide Pro features.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to maintain and improve the Service.
- To respond to your enquiries.
4. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service, under their own data-protection terms:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, email delivery (SES) and AI processing used to read listings.
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
- Market-data providers — licensed sources of registered DLD/Ejari transaction data used to build verdicts. We do not scrape property portals.
- Twilio / Meta (WhatsApp) — only to deliver alerts to users who have explicitly opted in.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal data.
6. Data retention
We keep account and tracking data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are retained only as long as needed to produce and serve your result. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings.
7. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access & export your data from your account settings.
- Delete your account and personal data (email-confirmed) from your account settings.
- Unsubscribe from alerts via the link in any email or your alert preferences.

8. International transfers
The Service runs on AWS infrastructure that may process data in regions outside the UAE (for example, email and AI services in the United States and hosting in India). We rely on reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.
9. Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS, store secrets securely, limit access, and run rate-limiting and abuse protection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
