Verdicts are benchmarked against registered Dubai Land Department (DLD) sales, and net yields use registered Ejari rental contracts. It is independent market guidance — not a certified valuation.

Do you scrape the property portals?

No. You upload a screenshot of a listing you are already looking at. We never crawl or store portal data, and we never show portal brand names.
